チェックイン時のフロントが混んでいましたがスタッフの方の気遣いを感じられ良かったです。無料でついてくる朝食も珍しいものがあり、ポルチーニ茸のスープは本当に美味しかったです。

出張で利用しました。駅からも近く、きれいなホテルです。フロントの対応などもしっかりしています。朝食サービスも品数が多く、満足できました。ただ、エアコンの臭いが気になったのと、アメニティの質はもう少し良くなればいいと感じました。

受付時に料金の請求間違いがあり、チェックアウト時に精算した。もともと駐車料金の案内がなく、チェックイン時に言われて、雑さを感じていたが、そのうえで、数時間後、請求間違いがあったと連絡があった。
