It was a good hotel despite bad reviews!”
I went to this hotel with little expectation because the reviews on Rurubu were not very good, but it was a very nice hotel. The food was vibrant, the service was homely, and although the facilities were not new, they were well-maintained and had no unpleasant surprises, making the total experience a good one. The food was especially good, and the eggs at breakfast were freshly cooked and delicious. I was told by a staff member during dinner that the management changed around last summer. I was glad to hear that everyone was working hard. I would like to use this restaurant again if I have the chance.

They took good care of me.”
We used this restaurant from 7/31 to 8/1 for swimming. One of my family members is not fond of seafood, and it would be very rude to waste such a precious dish, so I asked the chef if he could change it to something other than seafood. Thanks to your kindness, my family and I enjoyed both dinner and breakfast. The beach and hotel are right in front of the hotel, so it is very convenient, and we were very happy to be able to use the shower next to the parking lot to wash off the saltwater and sand before going to the public baths in our bathing suits. It is also very helpful that there are towels to wipe off your body in front of the entrance after showering. I can understand the thoughtfulness of the hotel towards its guests. Thank you very much. Thank you very much and I would like to use your hotel again.

初めての家族３世代で旅行”
８月のお盆の時期に母親と私夫婦と小学生子供２人と兄夫婦と幼児一人で伺いました。スタッフの方がすれ違えば必ず挨拶して頂いた事がとても印象に残っております。終始気持ち良く過ごす事ができました。料理に関しては夜は素晴らしい懐石料理で味も量も大人も充分満足できるかと思います。うちの子供は大人の料理の少し子供向けにアレンジした物でしたが、やはり子供には苦手な物が多く、あまり食べてませんでした。（小さい子向けのお子様で良かったのかも。）朝食も夜と同様です。しかし総じて立地やプール付き等、家族向けの素晴らしいお宿です。又是非伺いたいです。大変お世話になりました。有難う御座いました。

思っていたよりは満足しました。 朝日と富士山も見えたし。料理もおいしいし。 特に新人の従業員さんが頑張っていて送迎バスでの挨拶は 気持ち良くイメージアップになりました。

同等金額で前回に比べ夕食の伊勢エビが殻は１匹分ですが身は小さく僅か２切れ、がっかりです。また朝食も前夕食の伊勢エビの殻汁を出すとかもう少し工夫が欲しい。しかし、酒類の持ち込みなど快諾で水と氷も無料で提供して頂きました。最後に部屋風呂の洗浄を徹底してほしい（前使用者の髪の毛や汚れ等ありました）
