ＪＲのトラブルで到着が４時間遅れとなってしまった。しかし、白浜駅まで片道１時間１０分のところを送迎バス手配していただき、とても助かった。駅に着いた途端に「本当にお疲れ様でした。お昼ごはん食べられましたか？コンビニ寄らなくて大丈夫ですか？」と声を掛けて頂き、心遣いがとても嬉しかった。

西日本一と言うだけあって露天風呂は大きく、数も多かった。源泉掛け流しでよいのだがはっきりした特長のある泉質ではない。あがった後は肌がややしっとりしているようである。設備サービス食事は言うことが無いほど素晴らしい。ホテル内外ゆったりと広々として気持ちが良かった

畳の香りがする広々とした部屋で、古道歩きの疲れをいやすことができまいた。 館外にもお風呂があるようですが、館内のお風呂で十分満足しました。 食事は、温かいものがタイミング良くサービスされ、おいしくいただきました。チェックアウト時、簡単なお弁当をいただき、ここまでしていただけるのかと、驚きました。このホテルにして良かったです。
