“よかったです”
昔ながらの旅館の作りですが、雰囲気が懐かしくとてもよかったです。今回の水害で色んな影響が出てるようですが、私が泊まった時、旅館は何の問題もありませんでした。温泉街が静かなのもいいと思います。ゆっくりするには最高の旅館です。

“予約時の対応は良かったが、るるぶトラベルに要望したい。”
６０日前予約１，０００円引きで９人３室予約したところ、出発１週間前に家族に危篤で一人キャンセルとなった、変更ルールによると、一旦キャンセルして再度予約になるが６０日前の１０００円引きの特典がなくなり、加えて５０％のキャンセル料がかかることになるが、るるぶトラベルと連絡していただき対応して頂いた。るるぶトラベルはこのような際の変更ルールを分かりやすく操作できるように改善していただきたい。
