Hirayu Onsen was one of my favorite hot springs, and my first impression of Okada Ryokan's baths (including the open-air bath) made me want to enter. As my impression was right, it was a wonderful hot spring that healed my body. Of course, it is a free-flowing hot spring, so it felt great any time I went in, so I went in in the evening, at night, in the middle of the night, and in the morning. The meal plan was a small one, but all the dishes were delicious and I was very satisfied with my meal. I was really thinking of ordering an extra order of grilled rockfish, but I was disappointed that I could not order it because they did not have any rockfish. The whole family was very satisfied with the stay. Also, it would have been nice to be able to buy onsen manju (hot spring buns) by the piece.

The staff was amazing. Everyone of them. They communicated well before and during our stay. They are so helpful in many ways and answered all my many queries and request! They even try to be funny for my 7 year old boy. The food was plentiful and yummy. On

“Very cozy and nice inn!”
We visited Okada Ryokan in search of an inn in Hirayu Onsen suitable for sightseeing in Kamikochi. We were very satisfied with the location, hospitality, meals, bath, and room. The flower dinner was very elaborate, and the food was wonderful in taste and appearance. All the employees treated us with warm smiles and made us feel very comfortable at the inn. Thank you very much for the wonderful memories of our trip.
