This elegant European-inspired hotel features amazing views of the Northern Alps (Hida Mountains) and the city of Takayama, also known as Little Kyoto. The hotel features a spacious communal bathing area with lightly alkaline natural hot spring water and views of the Alps. All rooms are spacious 35 square-meter twin rooms with panoramic views of the mountains (no opposite-facing rooms).
A free minibus shuttle service from Takayama Station is available (28 person capacity). Departs Takayama Station at 6:30, 7:30, 8:30, 9:30, 10:30, 11:30, 12:30, 13:30, 14:30, 15:30, 16:30, 17:30, 18:30, 19:15, 20:30, and 21:15.

The room we stayed in was a triple room. The room was clean and well furnished with a pleasant atmosphere, and every corner of the room was well cleaned and spacious enough for a comfortable stay. The room had a great view of the Takayama city area. I was very satisfied with the bath. If you like hot springs, you will be satisfied. There are several types of open-air baths. The view from the open-air baths is great, and you can comfortably soak in the hot water for a long time. It is the best. We received a good impression of the hotel staff during our stay. We were able to fulfill some of our requests and were very satisfied with our hotel stay. The hotel is located on top of a hill in the suburbs, so there are no convenience stores or other facilities in the hotel area that can be reached on foot. I have stayed at various hotels in Takayama City, and among them, this hotel has top class facilities. Overall, I was very satisfied.

The best outdoor onsen overlooking city of Takayama and so many onsen pool inside and outside, room is very spacious (3 bed is still feel spacious) but food is really not good ( I have a breakfast and dinner western style), really not a good experience.

Very good hotel. The view from the window is breathtaking. Bathroom is spotless and spacious. Room is spacious. We will definitely come back to this hotel and Takayama.
