the internet download speed is very slow. i have to use my own wifi thump. Hotel was not able to help.

阪急宝塚駅を降りたら、目の前、綺麗なホテル、小さいけど、温泉もあって、セキュリティも、バッチリ。一つ難点が洋服にきがえないと、お風呂も食事も、行けない。でも、綺麗だし、食事も、美味しかったから、大変満足

いつもはそんなことないのですが、今回は大浴場のシャワーでお湯が出ない状況で他のお客も面食らってました。あと砕氷機も全く氷が出ない状況で。メンテナンスはしっかりとしていただきたい。

駅から近くてとても便利で、フロントもとても丁寧な対応で気持ちがいいです。温泉大浴場も気持ちが良く朝食も美味しかったです。また利用させていただきます。

“under construction”
I didn't check and didn't know, but there was construction going on, and even though my room was on the side overlooking the river, the construction workers were going from 8:30 until late in the evening, and I couldn't even open the window. It was inconvenient because I happened to be planning to stay in the room for a long time.
