    お食事、温泉、お部屋すべてにおいて気に入りました。 特に従業員の皆様の丁寧で心ある柔らかな対応に感動しました。 若水さんに泊まったおかげで友人との楽しい思い出が増えました。 ありがとうございました。

    ひさびさの満足感”

    客室は広くてきれい。食事もおいしかった。料理の種類が多いわりに品よく盛り付けられた一品一品の量が少ないので最後のデザートまで美味しく食べきれた。あちこちに置かれた活け花のセンスが良く、活け花に特に興味がない私でも見とれてしまった。池の鯉の大きさと美しさは一見の価値あり。女性大浴場の浴槽に浮いているボーリングボール大の　ひのき玉は、夜ひとりきりで入っているとのっぺらぼうの人間の顔かつるつる頭が浮いているようで気味が悪すぎる。湯が動くので自分のほうに来ないが心配で落ち着いて温泉を楽しめなかったのが残念。部屋風呂があるのにバスマットがあってバスタオルがないのはどうしてかな？私はシャワーだけ利用しました。洗面所にティッシュがないのも不便でした。

    宝塚大劇場徒歩１０分の温泉ホテル”

    宝塚観劇のリッチな気分で泊まる温泉ホテル。ぶらり歩いて宝塚大劇場へ１０分の近さが嬉しい。ホテルフロントも客室担当の従業員も柔らかな対応に癒される。料理は京風の洗練優雅を感じた。品数に不足なく結構ボリュームもある。 風呂は宝塚温泉の源泉を引き入れていて、若干温めか？還流温熱システムがあり湯船の底の吹き出し口あたりにいるとホクホク汗ばむほど。 サウナはありません。残念。 高級感を味わえる温泉老舗ホテルです。

    家族旅行で”

    初めて利用させて頂きました。 部屋・大浴場・従業員の対応など全て含めて文句なしです。 大人数及び直前だったこともあり宿泊先がなかなか見つからず苦慮してた中でホテル若水さんにたどり着きました。 選択肢がほとんどなく予約したという背景がありましたが、そういった意味を除いても大正解だったと思います。 今回は到着時間が遅かったので素泊まりプランでしたが、次回はぜひ食事付きに させて頂こうと思ってます。 また大阪・神戸方面へ行く際には、絶対に利用させて頂きます。
