Exceptional”

I love this small ryokan run by local family. The hotel close to Suganuma Village and opposite is Iwase-ke house, the largest Gassho-Zukuri farmhouse in Gogayama. You can't miss to visit Iwase-ke house. Near hotel is one of the best local Japanese restaura

Very good”

Probably our most expensive location in our 3 weeks stay, but was worth it: a great onsen, a good kaiseki meal, in the charming region of Gokayama. A very nice place.

部屋にトイレがないのはちょっと不便。”

たぶん一番安い部屋をお願いしたのだろうと思いますが、部屋にトイレがないのは不便でした。トイレは部屋を出てすぐのところにあったのですが、夜中に行くときは寒くて嫌でした。ご飯は山菜と川魚でとても美味しかったです。立地も良く、もてなしも良かったと思います。

老舗旅館で、ゆっくり”

白川郷、五箇山の合掌造り集落を見に出かけました。街道沿いの宿でしたが、静かな佇まい。司馬遼太郎が、この宿で執筆した　　とのこと。温泉も気持ちよく、お料理も美味しく、私も長逗留したいほどでした。夕食で出された五箇山豆腐の燻製、美味しかったので、売店で買って帰りました。富山のお酒三笑楽も美味しかったです、気持ちよくほろ酔いしました。お世話になりました。
