It would have been nice if the hotel staff spoke just a little English and that the walking map of Takamatsu was in English :) Otherwise, it was a good experience. The room was fairly small and basic, but it was clean and functional. I would recommend it f

出張で利用しました。こちらを使わせてもらうのは初めてですが、出張でいろんなところに泊まります。パジャマが部屋になくてびっくりしました。私が確認できてないだけかもしれませんが、お風呂から出て探すと無くて、がっかりしました。海外の方も館内に多かったので、その影響でしょうか？いろんなサービスがなくなってしまっているのかな？と想像しました。とにかく残念です。

“初東横イン”
次の日丸亀駅近くで予約していましたが、予定が代わり前日入り。同じホテル予約しようとしたら満室。隣接する高松駅で値段も手頃で駅そばのこちらに宿泊。高松駅から少し距離ありますが、駅前にビジネスホテルはあまりなく、チェーンのホテルでは立地は良いと思います。隣にローソン。少し歩くとセブンイレブンもあります。喫煙室予約してしまい部屋に入るとちょっと匂いがしたので備え付けの消臭スプレーで消臭。窓も開くので匂いは少し取れましたが、排気口の関係なのか浴室がタバコ臭く、浴室内にあったバスタオルも匂ったのは残念。部屋はア○ホテルよりひと回り広め。ベッドや枕はちょうどよくゆっくり眠れました。紙スリッパはなく、有料で販売していますが、理にかなっていると思います。無料朝食は全く期待していなかったのですが、美味しくいただきました。

“商店街に近くて大変便利。”
高松駅から徒歩で行ける上、市内中心部の商店街のアーケードに面しているので大変便利。夜遅くの食事やコンビニへ出かけるにも容易。館内や部屋の設備等は一般的であり概ね満足であったものの、エレベーターが一基であり、待ち時間の長さがたまに気になった。また、お湯の温度調節が面倒で、蛇口の開閉の度に再設定する必要があった。それでもホテルの方の接客対応は良く不満な点はなかった。

フロントの方が親切で色々要望を聞いていただきました。自動販売機、ランドリーを利用しましたが、リーズナブルな価格で嬉しかったです。朝食のメニューも豊富で満足です。飲み物がもう少し用意されていれば、もっと良かったです。（オレンジジュース、野菜ジュース、ミルクなど）
