It takes guts to walk from Kamisuwa station, but other than that, no problems. I wish there were vending machines on each floor.

Located on the shore of Lake Suwa, the lake facing rooms have nice views of the lake, especially at night. The hotel is a little way from the station but close to some of Kami-Suwa's sites.

温泉がもても気持ちよかったです。 露天風呂の営業時間が早めだったことが残念でした。 部屋から見える諏訪湖の眺めも良かったです。 スタッフの対応も良かったですが、荷物を自分で運ぶ、浴衣など自分で部屋に持って行くなど、サービスにあればと思うところもありました。

大浴場が最高！ 夏のお盆期間は毎日２０時半から諏訪湖で花火が打ち上げられます。屋上から眺めることができます！花火最高！！

“Liked the responsiveness of the staff.”
Courteous welcome and explanation at check-in. Food replenishment at the breakfast room was very smooth and the staff were all cheerful and the atmosphere was great. The view of Lake Suwa from the breakfast room was also very satisfying. The food was very good, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
