Very satisfied with the meal! but”
I have used this restaurant several times. Each time we are very satisfied with the food, which is more than we can eat and tastes great. I have decided to stay at Nunohan when I stay at Lake Suwa. What was a little disappointing this time was that when we were watching the fireworks from our room, I think it was because of the lighting on the rooftop of the hotel next door, but I couldn't get a good picture of the fireworks. It was no good because the light from the lighting came through the window glass. It was not Nunohan's fault, but that was the only thing I regretted.

We had a really relaxing and enjoyable stay. The front desk staff was very courteous, and we were able to eat our meals in a private room at our family's pace. We would like to stay at this ryokan again if we have the chance.

It was a nice place to stay.”
This was our first visit. Overall, it was a nice place to stay. The service was excellent, especially at dinner. A slightly older, calm man was in charge of 5 groups. A calm, slightly older man was in charge of 5 groups of people. He prepared the next dish and dessert without us having to ask. This is not something you can do unless you are attentive to the whole process. I have been to many inns and he was definitely one of the best. I did not check your name, but I would like to have the person in charge of the next occasion this time as well.

Excellent place with good comfort and great food. People are nice and environment is very warm and well maintained.

期待していただけに、、、”
今回の宿泊で、宿は（下諏訪も含め）ほぼ制覇しました。諏訪一の宿と期待が大きかったのですが普通のホテルでした。和牛松茸の饗宴部屋食ｏｒ個室食とはいえ部屋食を依頼しても、フロントでけんもほろろに不可とされ、僅かばかりの松茸も中国産（輸入不可でカナダかと。）との事。喫煙希望でしたが部屋に灰皿がない、フロントコールに出ない等、同行者も首を傾げていました。
