We stayed in a lake view room at a slightly higher rate. Since we didn't know what was going on in town due to the Corona disaster, we chose the safe, half-board option. The open-air bath is spacious and the lake view is perfect. The room and bath facilities are very good. The meals were adequate for me, with a good number and quality of items, and appropriate for a Japanese sake brewery. The service is attentive and the hotel is pleasant. I don't think the pricing is expensive at all. I will go back again.

The room was clean and cozy and my family was satisfied. One regret I have is that there were only two sets of tea and coffee cups for each of us, even though we booked for three people! Overall, I would like to stay at this hotel again.

Booked Japanese-style Room with Bed and room was amazing and clean. It has the best view of the lake suwa. We drove so access was easy for us. Too bad only stayed for one night. Wish to try their hot spring next time!

“never again (with negative verb)”
I was very uncomfortable regarding breakfast, perhaps because the breakfast room was too small. When I excused myself to go get coffee, an employee placed plates and bowls left by others on my table that had been taken down. While I was having my coffee, they kept saying "the plates will be lowered" and kept lowering them. I wanted them to let me have breakfast more slowly, even though it had been less than 30 minutes since I entered the venue.
