The hotel staff was not very responsive to simple request and and in two occasions they hung up when approached in English language convening the Internet password. The blanket under cover feels very dusty.

新大阪から御堂筋線で２駅、江坂駅から至近でとても便利な立地です。 周りにスーパー・コンビニ・飲食店ｅｔｃ．何でもあり、助かります。 朝食も大変美味しくて、大満足です。また利用させていただきます。

新大阪周辺にはホテルが多く、いくつかのホテルを利用したが新大阪江坂東急ＲＥＩホテルはその中でも部屋、設備、ａｍｅｎｉｔｙなど上位にあります。特に気に入ったのは朝食バイキングでシティホテル並みです。

新大阪駅から御堂筋線で二駅の江坂駅からすぐという利便性のある立地です。周辺には飲食店、スーパー、コンビニ等何でもあるので、便利ですね。朝食は、シェフがその場で作るオムレツもあり、品数も豊富でとても美味しかったです。大阪へ行く際は、また利用したいと思います。

“Near station, Midosuji line is convenient,”
Esaka station area is convenient with many restaurants. The Midosuji Line is very convenient as it is 4 minutes to Shin-Osaka, 11 minutes to Umeda, and 20 minutes to Namba without transfers. It is a comfortable hotel where you can stay at a reasonable price with the quality of Tokyu REI Hotel.
