The receptionist was not a "guest" or "customer" but a "customer". The hair dryer was close to zero wind power and could not be used in the bathroom, so we inquired at reception, but were told to use the one in our room as it was not available. It took me 20 minutes to dry my hair. The Japanese-style room was renovated with a blend of Japanese and Western style and was quite old and lacking in cleanliness, so I regretted making the reservation. When we left, we were told that there was an apology discount for children the day before, but only for adults. When we informed them of this, we had to wait quite a while and finally got the discount. I was surprised at how the hotel treated us like friends. I was surprised at the way the hotel treated us and felt that they did not consider us as their guests. Other guests also complained to the front desk that they were cleaning the room. The first floor is clean, but the room facilities and the awareness of the hotel staff are not good enough. I thought so. The bakery is good and I would like to buy bread only if I come near the hotel.

“I was very satisfied.”
I stayed at this hotel to visit Adventure World. The last time I stayed here was a long time ago, and this was the first time since the renewal, so I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel. First of all, the room overlooks the ocean and we were able to see the sunset. The amenities in the room are minimal, but you can take what you need at the front desk, and there are many kinds of things to choose from, so I thought it was environmentally friendly. We had a buffet for our meal, and everything was delicious, especially the Japanese food. There was also a good selection of desserts, so the kids were satisfied. The bath was an open-air bath overlooking the ocean, and I was healed while listening to the sound of the waves. I wanted to take a bath in the morning because I wanted to see the view, but unfortunately the buffet was crowded and there was a long wait, so I couldn't get in. There is a footbath, a swimming pool, and a gym in the hotel, so I would have liked to stay one more night. I was very satisfied.
