This was my first time staying here. Many of the reviews said that the staff and customer service was excellent, and that is exactly what we found, and we had a very pleasant stay. We had a buffet dinner and breakfast, and the staff would ask us if we would like to put away our dishes after we finished eating. I have been disappointed on several occasions by inns with luxurious facilities and cuisine but stereotypical and unattentive customer service, but the staff at this inn seemed cheerful and proud of their work. The temperature of the water in the large bath was not too hot or too lukewarm. The illumination was also very beautiful. One thing that bothered me was when the glass door to the balcony was opened in the next room, there was a loud rumbling sound, and since it was near my bedside, the sound woke me up.

I have always used this hotel and the staff is really pleasant to deal with, including customer service. It may have been during the Corona season, but when I was in the outdoor pool in the morning, I could see the restaurant area. After breakfast was over, I saw the staff meticulously cleaning the tables, windows, chairs, menus, and disinfecting them. At meal times, a male staff member who seemed to be the leader of the group was giving prompt and accurate instructions so as not to keep the guests waiting, which made me think that the hotel is very customer-oriented and well-trained. One disappointment was that there were towels strewn all over the sofas in the indoor pool, and they were not cleaned up until the end, so one sofa was not usable during the busy time of the day. But the food was good, the place was clean, and overall it was a really pleasant hotel to stay at, and I would definitely go back.

I am a couple traveling together, and I felt that this hotel was located in a resort area in Shirahama, and that it was a hotel for people who go to the beach or Adventure World with their families. We were disappointed because we had high expectations for this hotel, which was not suitable for us as we do not like crowds. My wife said that the drain in the women's bath was clogged and there was hot water on the floor that could not be drained. I was quite shocked to hear that. The food was very good, but there were many families with their children screaming and crying, and it was very embarrassing to go to the buffet to get food while the children were around. I felt it was not luxurious for the price of the hotel. We also booked a spa for my wife and spent quite a bit of money, but we were not satisfied.

I wanted to bring my mother but she refused to walk out due to the Corona disaster, so I had to bring a friend with me on short notice. We were told that the room amenities supply would be discontinued starting this time, but we were still glad that the front desk always had them available. Although it is a government mandate, I wonder if it is appropriate for a resort hotel where people come to stretch their wings to make it impossible for them to come empty-handed.

“My family is very satisfied.”
The staff was very helpful, the food was delicious and varied, and the hotel was very clean and comfortable from check-in to check-out. The only complaint I have is that the sound of children running on the floor above me was very loud, but it was not my apartment, so I did not contact the front desk to complain because I knew I had no choice but to put up with it. Other than that, I have nothing to say about this place because it is always a pleasant place to stay. I would like to go back again.
