Incredible! Everything about this experience was incredible. The views are remarkable, the staff are so kind and helpful, and the rooms are beautiful. The hot springs also held incredible views! I can't speak highly enough of our experience.

“Satisfied with open-air bath”
The mixed bathing open-air baths were great. The three private baths were also great. However, I was disappointed with the lack of attention to detail at the front desk. Other guests were also angry.
