Exceptional”
Hotel was just one minute walk from Yumura Onsen Bus Station, usually guests were greeted there by Hotel Staff and accompanied to Lobby for check-in process, coupled with welcome drink and snack. Staff would escort guests to their room and explain in full

Exceptional”
This ryokan was absolutely fantastic and we truly enjoyed our stay there! Yumura onsen is quiet and perfect for a relaxing break away from the most touristy spots. The ryokan staff was very friendly, the food served was some of the best we have had in Japa

初めての家族旅行”
初めての家族旅行にて利用させて頂きました。 るるぶが最安値で心配でしたが 到着するなり家族でテンションＭＡＸ 旅館の方も親切で一泊二日で２日ともプールお風呂を利用させて頂き大満足でした！ 満足過ぎて泊まってる間に家族でリピートする話をしていたぐらいですｗ 少しアメニティルームは寒すぎるくらいだったのとカラオケルームだけが高すぎるかなと思ったぐらいで他はここ以外の満足度がある旅館があるのかな？と思うレベルでした！ あと、湯村温泉のお店はは火曜定休日が多いんですねｗそういう情報もあるば今後泊まる方が助かるのかなと思いました（＾＾） また必ず利用します！！

お風呂最高～”
本当にいいお湯でした！きれいで、生きているお湯って感じ。館内も古さは感じますがきれいに手入れされ、お掃除も感染症対策もきっちりされていて、安心して過ごせました。ただ、少し雑なスタッフの方がいらっしゃったのでサービスは★３。ちょっと残念でした。でも、またうかがいます。ありがとうございました！
