Good location for touring Shimanto gawa. Very spacious room which was offered to us in lieu of smoking room. Breakfast choice between western and Japanese. Friendly and helpful staff.

Would have appreciated shuttle service pickup from the train station since it's too far to walk to the hotel and taxis are costly in Japan. Hotel staff tried to be helpful despite limited English communication skills

Very helpful and friendly staff despite difficult communication due to our poor knowledge of Japanese and their poor knowledge of English. Rooms are very quiet and free parking offers good value.

Good view. Since we leave in the early morning so we didn't try the breakfast => no comment then. Hotel staffs are nice.
