Thank you for your consideration and immediate contact for prior questions and confirmation. There is also disinfectant in the rooms and proper infection control measures. We were impressed by the thoughtfulness of having heaters at the outdoor shuttle bus depot and at the entrance, as well as the smiling welcome and send-off. The view from our room was wonderful, and we were blessed with clear skies so we could fully enjoy our stay. It is a large facility, but it was well cleaned. Unfortunately, there was only solid soap in the hot spring changing rooms, which I thought was not hygienic. I thought it would be a good idea to have liquid soap and disinfectant in the changing rooms as well. There were several groups of people talking continuously in the hot spring baths, and we had to move to a different location. Although it is a large facility, they have made efforts in various places to avoid being crowded, but it is a pity that some people did not follow the rules and took the seats in the dining hall. I regret that we did not have enough time to walk around the garden since we stayed only one night. I would like to stay two nights if possible on my next visit to Ise.

This is the first time I have stayed at this ryokan. The facilities are in the style of a long-established ryokan. The hot spring water was of good quality and very nice. The garden open-air bath was also nice. We had the buffet plan this time, so the food was very average. It was a little disappointing that soup had run out and was not replenished. I was satisfied with the coupon discount and shopping coupon, so I was also satisfied with the cost performance.

It is a very large accommodation, but the proprietress was very courteous and welcoming in the hot weather. The proprietress greeted us politely in the heat of the day and waved us off on our way home. The view from the room was wonderful, and the large bathroom was spacious and relaxing. I was also surprised at the variety of the breakfast buffet. Next time I would like to stay here when I have more time.

The view from the guest room was fantastic, and the food was delicious and in just the right quantity for my age. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean and comfortable! I would like to stay here again in the summer.

“It was fun.”
The hot spring water was nice and gentle and tepid. There is an outdoor bath in the garden, but I missed it.
