Located just a 1-minute walk from JR Iyo-Mishima Station on the Yosan Line! Matsuyama and Takamatsu are reachable without having to change trains! This is a great place to stay whether for business or sightseeing!

部屋に電話がなくフロントとの連絡ができない（上階の部屋の足音が酷いので注意して貰うのに連絡が部屋からできない）。ウオシュレットがなく、バスの握り棒もなく危険である。部屋の照明が非常に暗い上にテレビの画面が非常に暗く調整できないようになっている。ツインベッドの片方はシングルだが骨組みが壊れていて、休むと軋む。この部屋はお勧めできない。

“お世話になりました”
風呂に入って寝るだけの利用で、無料の朝食は利用していません。お風呂は綺麗だと思ったのですが、お湯を溜めて湯船に座わり見る角度が変わると、所々清掃の行き届いてない部分が視界に入りました。我慢できるレベルではありますが、清掃を外注しているのであれば業者に注意したほうがいいかもしれません。全体的には金額も安く（平日）満足です。
