The proprietress took the lead in serving the guests and everyone was smiling. Unfortunately, there were no shower caps, lotion, or milk lotion. The meals, both dinner and breakfast, were delicious with a large number of items and beautifully arranged.

We used the group with three families. The staff were all friendly and courteous and made us feel at home. The hotel itself is located in the upper part of Ikaho Onsen, so we were able to enjoy many things with a great view. The only thing that bothered me was that there was a cigarette that was probably given by a guest who had stayed at the hotel the day before (?). The only thing that bothered me was that there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke from the person who stayed at the hotel the day before (?). The only thing that bothered me was that the smell of cigarettes from the previous day's guests was still there, although it was much better the next morning with ventilation and an air purifier in the room. (I don't smoke at all, so it may have just been my sensitivity to the smell...) I would like to stay here again in a different season.

おもてなしの心いっぱいでほっこりしました。朝湯の露天風呂で野鳥を近くに感じられて嬉しかったです。ただ 事前に言ってなかったので仕方無いかと思いますが、苦手な食品を代替えの品にしてくれるような心遣いがあったらなと思いました。馬好きな我々には縁のあるお宿だとは思いました。

レビューを読んで、どうかなと迷いましたが、正解でした。 食事が品数が多く、特に朝食は女性にはうれしいメニューだと思います。味付けもちょうどよいです。大浴場が立地がら仕方がないのでしょうが、とっても普通で特に特徴がないです。部屋からの眺めもお天気がよかったら素晴らしいのだろうなと（当日、雨降りだったので）残念でした。従業員の方も皆さん親切で、楽しい家族旅行になりました。それから、自動販売機が１階と８階にしかないのが不便でした。

伊香保ロープウェイ乗り場近くにある旅館です。駐車場が離れているため、玄関前で車を係に預けることになります。館内は全館畳敷きになっていて、スリッパがいらず快適でした。今回は上層階の客室だったので、窓からの眺望が良かったです。連泊しましたが、毎食違った料理を提供していただき大変満足できました。スタッフの適度な距離感を保ったサービスも大変気持ちのよいものでした。屋上露天風呂は檜風呂のほの香と岩風呂の浪漫が男女交替制になっており、どちらも広くて快適でした。温泉が源泉掛け流しなら何も言うことはないのですが。料理、サービス、清潔感に関しては間違いなくトップレベルの宿だと思います。

エレベーターの入口に、、小さな真っ白に咲いたコデマリの一枝が、飾られていました。当日、私達は、榛名外輪山の山歩きを楽しんできました。一番 印象にに残ったことは、ヤマツツジの朱色とコデマリの白のコントラストの見事さです。 旅館のエレベーターの入口で再びみられて、季節を楽しむその気持ちが、嬉しかったです。

先日、お世話になりました。 部屋も清潔感あってよいし、夕食、朝食もボリュームがあってよいし、温泉もよいです。特に朝食はおかずが多く、お腹がいっぱいでした。 ただ、自販機があるようでしたが、場所がわかりにくいです。 また、利用したいです。ありがとうございました。

外観の古さはありますが中に入ると綺麗に清潔感ありでスタッフの対応も神対応。若い女性のスタッフさんがにこやかに集まって打合せの様子が気持ち良いものでした。料理もすばらしくつい飲み過ぎてしまいました。展望露天風呂でのかっぽ酒も最高でした。また早朝の出発にも朝食を早めて貰いありがとうございました。

建物・設備の古さを、スタッフの対応の良さと笑顔でカバー出来ている感じ。 屋上露天風呂のお湯と景色は、大変満足でした。 大き過ぎず、アットホーム感を感じました。

従業員の皆さんの対応がとても良かったです！ 食事は多いぐらいでしたが満足できる内容でした＆＃８２５２； お風呂は大浴場は少し狭いかな？という感じでしたが、８階にある露天風呂は最高でした＆＃９８２５； 石段街までも歩いてすぐなので便利でした＆＃８２５２；

最初案内された部屋が予約内容と違い極小の部屋で担当の人も気がつかず残念です。すぐに部屋を替えてもらいましたが謝罪の言葉は案内の人からだけだったのは残念です。その他食事サービスとも大変良かったです。

初めて利用しました。 まず駐車場が遠いですねｆ（＾＿＾；しかしバスで送ってくれます。 受付の時から子供に沢山話しかけてくれました。絵本や、図鑑、オモチャも貸してくれます。館内はスリッパがなくて子供には歩きやすい。（大人用のタビ靴下はサービスでありました）部屋にはアメニティーは有りません。露天風呂が楽しみだったが、主人と子供が先に１階の大浴場と屋上の露天風呂に入ってきて、露天風呂は虫やゴミが沢山だったと聞いてやめました。←仕方ないかもしれませんが。。。 でもトータル的には大変満足です。 また機会があったら利用したいです。 有難うございました。（＊＾＾＊）

古ぼけた宿で、６２０号室は、エアーコンの温度を上げることが出来ず、大変寒い思いをしたし、風呂（浴室）は、風が吹き込み寒く、風を引くのではないかと思いました。しっかり着こんで寝ましたので、風邪は、ひかずに済みました。

バイクツーリングで利用しました 露天風呂からの景色が最高でスタッフの方も親切で良かったです！ 無線ＬＡＮが繋がらないのが残念ですが、それでも満足してます。 また利用したいと思います

“Bath & Meals”
The rooftop outdoor bath was great. It was also nice that there happened to be no other guests, so we had the place to ourselves. There are places where the amount of food is so large that you can't eat all of it, but the food was in the right quantity and I felt satisfied.
