      “家族３人で”

      あっという間に、二泊三日でした！ 施設の従業員の方々もとても感じ良くして頂いて満足です。 子供の名前もすぐ覚えて呼んで頂いて、娘も喜んでました。 ただ、食事のタイミングが少し遅かったような気がします。 １つ１つ運んでくるより、三品くらい一気に持ってきてくれた方がうちの家族には合ってました。 選べるといいですね

      “期待外れでした。”

      お部屋に入って直ぐに微妙な段差で足を強打。案内スタッフからの気使いがまったくなく、大丈夫ですか？や気を付けてなどの声掛けも一切なく唖然。そしてお部屋の装飾がゴテゴテで品がなく落ち着けなかった。着替えなども隣家から丸見えなので気になった。一階なので景色が悪い。夕食、朝食のお料理がひどかった。そこそこの宿泊料金なのにあの献立、お味共に本当に期待外れでした。

      現地までは坂道を登るので大変でした。 食事は家族で一部屋を確保して頂け、のんびりでき良かったです。食事も地元の食材が使われており、美味しく満足でした。

      “だいぶひどい旅館”

      初めて行く人にはわかりにくい場所に旅館があるので、案内がのぼりでももって誘導すべきところ、玄関前にただ突っ立っているだけ、駐車場にも円滑に案内しないし、着いたところからなんだここは？といった感想。 とにかく食事がひどい！二人で８万円取ってこの料理！？といった感じ。 食材は安いものばかり、創作性も乏しい料理ばかりが出されて幻滅した。 部屋食だったが、次の料理が運ばれてくるまで時間がかかるし、中井さんも毎回ノックや掛け声もなしに入ってくる。あり得ない対応！ 部屋の風呂も少しせまいし、目隠しされているので外の景色が全く見えない。 従業員の質が悪いのと、食事がひどいのは１日も早く改善すべき。
