This storied ryokan was established in 1576 and is located on the upper part of Ishidan-gai, the long stone steps in the middle of Ikaho Onsen hot spring resort. It has a total of ten baths with an abundant supply of hot water from the kogane-no-yu hot spring, renowned for its medicinal qualities. Open-air baths and reservable baths are available, as well. Every room has a beautiful mountain view and traditional Japanese decor. The hotel also boasts a delicious selection of seasonal Japanese and Western cuisine made chiefly from fresh, local ingredients. This is an ideal location to experience the rest and relaxation only a true ryokan can offer.

I would like to stay there again.”
The location of the inn was really nice! The rooms were remodeled and clean and the view from the room was great. The hot water in the bath is also very nice. I would stay there again.
仲居さんの人柄にホッコリ”
思っていたよりもお部屋が広く山々の景色が素晴らしかった。石段の目の前だったのでお散歩するにも立地がよく、館内三種類の温泉がとても良かったです。担当して下さった仲居さんの人柄がよく、夕食も楽しい時間になりました。今度は家族みんなで行きたいです。
温泉が最高”
伊香保の黄金の湯が堪能できます。 駐車場が遠いのが難点ですが、石段街に面しているので、仕方ありません。 しかも直ぐ送ってくれます。夕食も美味しく、朝食は、食べきれないほどのバイキングです。今少し、工事が始まってますが、来春ごろまた伺いたいです。
老舗旅館を満喫しました”
ゴールデンウイークの最終日で従業員の方もお疲れだったと思いますが、そのようなそぶりはみじんも見せず行動されていました。さすがプロ。 建物や、お部屋は老舗旅館らしく趣がありました。日本の旅館という感じです。お風呂もとても気持ちよかったです。またお世話になりたいと思いました。
黄金の湯満喫”
とにかく、温泉入り放題な感じ、 夜中、深夜過ぎても、入れるし、食事も美味しく、ゆっくりできました。 部屋から、石段が見えるのもなんとも風情がありました。 風がとても強く、散策は諦めましたが、その分、温泉を堪能しました。 接客も丁寧です。ありがとうございました。
