      “桃源郷ならぬ湯源郷”

      尾瀬での１泊トレッキングの後泊として当館を利用しました。伊香保温泉は初めて訪れましたが、風情が関西の奥座敷・有馬温泉とよく似ており、当館の大浴場も有馬と同じく金泉と銀泉の大きな湯舟がありました。露天風呂のほかにナチュラルイオンのサウナも完備されており、風呂好きには最高の気分でした。また、夕食は洗練されたコースで、朝食のバイキングも多彩な品数で申し分ありませんでした。フロントやレストラン、駐車場で対応されたスタッフはみんな笑顔で、サービスが心地よかったです。尾瀬トレッキングの疲れも温泉とグルメで癒され、英気を養って無事に京都まで帰りました。多謝！

      “レセプションの人員不足か？”

      チェックインの際のレセプションは２名体制、チェックアウトの際は１名体制での対応だった為、待ち時間を含め手続きに時間を要しました。施設の規模から見て明らかに人員不足と思いました。施設は清潔に保たれており特に問題なく温泉を楽しんで過ごすことが出来たのですが、チェックアウトの際に時間を要したのには閉口しました。

      “もう一度ＧｏＴｏ”

      連休前の金曜日でしたが、お部屋をグレードアップしてくれました。 大人４人でしたので、広々した２部屋は大変助かりました。 全体的にさすが「福一」と言う感じで満足でした。　食事は質・量とも十分です。　欲を言えば、料理が出てくるのに少し時間が掛かりました。　もう少し館内に従業員がいた方が安心できると思います。
