Very nice lounge and kitchen area. Nice room, just too cold in the toilet since when I visit it is one of the coldest winter day. Convenience of picking up at the bus station, and also good dinner with their sister hotel. Very nice view from the hostel its

高台にあるので、景色は最高でした。部屋から流氷いっぱいの海を一望で素晴らしかったです。姉妹館の温泉めぐりも無料でできたので、海沿いにある北こぶしの温泉にもはいれました。ロビーや館内がとってもオシャレに改装されていて素敵な空間でした。残念なのは部屋に館内着がおいていなくて、フロントに電話をすると浴衣の有料レンタルのみとのこと。この価格帯なら浴衣は無料にしたほうがいいと思います。

ラウンジなどに描かれた作品が土地柄にマッチしていましたし、キッチンもきれいだったし、リニューアルがとてもうまくいっていたように思います。 シェアハウスのような感覚で過ごせました。夕陽を見ながらのお茶はぜいたくな時間を味わうことが出来ました。館内のお風呂はちょっと微妙な気がしましたが、夕食のついでにグループホテルのお風呂にも入れますし、不便ではないです。リニューアル後のきれいさをキープするのがきっとたいへんだと思いますが、ぜひ維持してほしいです。

“Accommodation only for overnight stay”
It is an affiliate of Kita Kobushi, a well-known ryokan in Shiretoko. Since I was alone, I did not feel like staying at an expensive onsen ryokan, so I decided to stay at this inn for a simple overnight stay. Located on top of a mountain, there are no restaurants or grocery stores around, so you have to eat along the national highway or buy a boxed lunch at a convenience store on the way up. Moreover, whether it was the SDGS or the Shari-cho policy, we were told to wash the plastic containers of our lunch boxes and throw them away. It was a hassle, so I took them home. As you can imagine, I don't feel like washing lunchbox containers even at home. The rooms are Japanese/Western style and spacious, and the coin-operated laundry is convenient, but in general I didn't feel relaxed, and the price is too high for a simple overnight stay.
