      大阪からお気に入りの知床入り。お部屋は空きがあるという理由で金額そのままでランクアップしていただきました。料理も従業員の対応も良く、また来てみたいと思いました。

      “親切な対応”

      予約時に鹿肉が苦手なことを伝えると、とても親切に対応してくれました。チェックイン時の対応も親切で、従業員の皆さんは、全般的に親切でした。夕食も毛蟹メインで素晴らしかったです。朝食もさんまメインで良かったのですが、夕食のポテンシャルからするともっと良くなると感じました。また、お世話になりたいと思いました。

      うっかり朝食無のプランで予約しちゃっても当日快く対応していただけたり、現地の友人と一緒に夕食を用意していただけたりとサービスは大変満足です。また、温泉・客室・おもてなし等、どれも素晴らしい宿で大変満足いたしました。次回は、横浜の子ども達と自然体験の際に宿泊させていただきます。ありがとうございました。
