Very good”
Asked for contiguous rooms and they gave us 2 rooms with sequential numbers but in different corridors!!! The staff didn't know the hotel? Room very clean but small, taking in account the price. Had better breakfast in less expensive hotels. Nice bathroom

the location is too complicated for driving.. using GPS.. took us 3 times, could not find the hotel.. Mr. Shinobu Nakasato Nigh Manager ( Sendai Termial Building ) old metropolitan made us a huge favor by sending us to the hotel ( east wing by car with

仙台駅のお隣にあり駐車場も隣接しておりとてもゆっくり過ごす事が出来ました 宿泊者専用ラウンジは飲み物があり美味しく頂きなから仙台の空を見上げました また仙台へ行くときは利用したいと思います

大変便利なホテルです。東北新幹線改札に 近く、便利です。 宿泊者専用ラウンジでは、セルフで飲み物を飲みながら一休みできます。 また、駅直結の地の利だから、牛タン通りの店舗の行列を気にせず、テイクアウト（お弁当）なら、優先購入できるので、並ばずともホカホカ状態の牛タンを、お部屋で食べられます。 バスは、ジャグジー付き。シャワーも上からと横からの固定シャワーと、通常シャワーがありました。 壁に扉があるので、動線が自由自在（笑）でした。値段相応の豪華なお部屋とサービスです。 朝食も種類が多く、おいしかったです。 東北へ行く機会があれば、また、利用したいです。

ゆっくりできます”
バスがガラス張りなので誰かが入浴中にトイレに行くのに気が引けました。バス側にブラインドがあれば良いかもしれません。
