Asked for contiguous rooms and they gave us 2 rooms with sequential numbers but in different corridors!!! The staff didn't know the hotel? Room very clean but small, taking in account the price. Had better breakfast in less expensive hotels. Nice bathroom

“ラウンジ”
駅直結で観光や買い物、食事にも非常に便利です。部屋も広めでバストイレ別のため、快適でした。また、ラウンジが利用できたことも良かったです。荷物を預けた時に、１５時からラウンジが使えることを教えていただきたかったです。もっと早くチェックインして、休憩してからまた出かけることができたの知らずに夜間しか使えませんでした。またラウンジは、明るくて眺めも良く、雰囲気がよかったです。ただ、海外の方も多いためか、テーブルのが汚れたままだったり、ゴミ箱でないところにゴミが突っ込まれていたりしていました。ラウンジの清掃回数を増やしていただきたいと思いました。朝食は席もゆったりとしていて快適でした。

駅からも近いし、客室の設備やアメニティも充実しており満足です。部屋も広く、眺めも良くて快適でした。エレベーターが３機しかなく、時間帯によっては少し待つことがありました。

仙台駅のお隣にあり駐車場も隣接しておりとてもゆっくり過ごす事が出来ました宿泊者専用ラウンジは飲み物があり美味しく頂きなから仙台の空を見上げましたまた仙台へ行くときは利用したいと思います
