Check-out time of 2pm was attractive. I could control the air conditioning to my liking, the location was great, and the staff was friendly. It was nice to be able to take advantage of the travel assistance discount.

I could not sleep well because I was in a room where I could directly hear the sound of passing trains, both Shinkansen and Tohoku Main Line. The last time I stayed at the hotel, I stayed in a room where I did not have to worry about it....

The front desk staff when I locked in my room key and the parking attendant were "god". The location is perfect, close to the station. I will definitely use this hotel again next time.

“It's a regular inn.”
I have been visiting Sendai for the past six months and have stayed here every time. It is always clean and comfortable. However, there is one problem. It is not a problem of the hotel but a problem of Sendai city, but the area from the stairs to the pedestrian deck to the bicycle parking lot is dark at night because there are few lights.
