The lodging is closed from 9:00 to 16:00. Guests are not allowed to use the facility during the day.
Luggage check is not available from 9:00 to 16:00.
Guests staying consecutive nights will also not be able to use the facility during the day, but they may leave their luggage in their rooms when they go out.
On-site payments must be made in cash only.
There is a tourist information center (Folake) in Tazawako Station.
It is convenient for sightseeing at Lake Tazawa, Tazawako Ski Resort, Nyuto Tamagawa Onsen, Mt. Komagatake, Kakunodate, Akita Art Village, and Hachimantai.
