The front desk staff were very nice, and spoke English well. Our room was good, but it was hard to fit the stroller in. Also, there was no lock on the bathroom door. But otherwise, we were pleased. It is right next to the station and a large shopping mall,

Excellent value, clean, convenient location by JR and close to restaurants and shopping. Toyoko Inn is the best of the business hotels we have used.

“Excellent”
Great business hotel, right next to train station and across from bus depot. Sasebo is small town, there are enough restaurants, and shops nearby. Comfortable, clean, rooms.
