“家族旅行”
ツインの広いお部屋での連泊利用でした。ホテルも綺麗で朝食バイキングも大満足。立地もよく、また北海道に行ったときにはぜひ泊まりたいホテルになりました。

“ホテルは良いのに残念すぎます。”
ホテルも部屋もすごく綺麗で、大浴場もあり、立地も良いです！残念だったのが、まず大浴場。従業員の方の見回り？がないので、洗い場の半分ほどが中国人の方が物で場所取りしている状態で使えず、人の物を移動させるのも気が引け、そのせいで並ばないと洗えない。あとタトゥー禁止のはずなのに、その時は３名ほどいました。もう一点は朝食です。たしかに混むのは仕方ないですが、まず着席までに３０分以上待ち時間、やっと入れても中も大混雑（並んでいても逆走や、割り込み放題）で取りに行くのも大変です。そういった理由で遅くなり、まだ食べ終わってないのに１０時に閉店しますので、それまでに出てください。と言われ閉店前なのでもう食材の補充もしてもらえずちゃんと食べれません。せめてチェックイン時に混む時間帯の案内や、時間帯を選択させるなど、なにか対策をしてほしいです。ホテルはすごく良いからこそ、非常に残念でした。

“良かったです”
朝食がおいしいと聞いていたので、いつか行きたいと思い念願の初宿泊です。チェックイン時に感じたのが、感染予防対策がばっちりと思いました。フロントではアクリル板の仕切りがあり、大浴場は入場制限があり、密になりません。また、清掃も頻繁に来てくれており衛生面でも安心でした。朝食会場もマスクと手袋の徹底と、入場時の体温検査があります。食事は期待通りにおいしかったです。北海道産のこだわりを感じました。また、朝からカニが食べれるホテルは他にはないのでしょうか？小ぶりでしたが、いろいろな種類を楽しみた買ったので、自分的には大満足です。

“部屋、大浴場、朝食は最高！ただ１点…。”
タイトルの通り、部屋、大浴場、朝食、何の文句もありません。ただ、エアコンのフィルターが全くされてません！何かエアコンがウンウン唸っててちょっと気になるなと思ってエアコンを見てみると、黒いフィルターが真っ白になってます！うるさい原因はこれかな？と思ってフィルターのホコリを取ってみたら少し静かになりました。部屋の清掃とかは完璧なんだから、ここを綺麗にしてもらえるともっと素晴らしくなると思います。
