Strategic Location near Odori MRT, can walk to Sapporo Station with Underground tunnel; Friendly and helpful staffs except coffe bartender on 2nd floor is so rude just bcoz we come with Hotel Free Voucher, keep pestering us with no free seating. Front Desk

the hotel room and toilet are quite spacious compare to the hotels in japan. The location is good. And for breakfast, there are many choices but had the same thing for five days straight . It will be great if there are some changes.

飯店櫃檯人員英語能力有待加強，入住時有一男性工作人員似乎英語能力不佳，溝通時的很沒有禮貌，只是詢問飯店櫃檯是否能索取洗衣粉，此男性服務人員用很急促無禮的英語表達「It’s not free ,30yen!」連敬語和說明都省了⋯後續不管問什麼，服務人員只會一直重複這句話，完全無法溝通⋯因為入住過其他地區的東急stay，印象一直非常好，而且對於備品的索取也都有所不同，沒想到問櫃台一下就被服務人員的態度嚇得差點衝出飯店跑去便利商店採買。

在貍小路旁是最大優勢，附近吃喝購物非常方便。有許多特色餐館也在附近。雙床房間大小適中，房間為獨立洗衣機和冷氣機，非常方便。但沒有泡湯的大眾池交通從機場過來搭巴士是最方便的，畢竟札幌地鐵密度不高，所以建議來回搭機場巴士少數缺點是房間整理時只會換備品和倒垃圾，其他如褶被和清理馬桶都沒有，一度以為是工作人員疏忽，但三晚都如此啊....在意的朋友要注意。

대부분의 호텔이 그렇지만 먼지가 없지는 않습니다 청소도 깨긋하게 해주는데 쓰레기랑 욕실 수건만 교체해주는게 조금 아쉬웠네요 직원분들 친절 하셔서 좋았구요 조식 같은경우는 사진이랑 다르게 생각보다 가지수가 별로 없었네요 위치는 스스키노랑 오도리 사이라 맥주 축제때 가기 딱이네요 올라갔다 내려갔다 하기 정말 좋았습니다 방도 작지도 않고 전자렌지랑 세탁기 있는 호텔은 처음이였네요 방마다 있어서 장기 투숙 하시는분에게는 빨래하기 좋을듯 합니다

위치 좋아요. 오도리공원옆이고 근처에 편의점도 많고. 방안에 건조까지 되는 세탁기 있고 체크인할때 세제줍니다. 방은 작은편이지만 전자레인지와 발뮤다커피포트 구비되어있어요. 렌트카를 타고 왔는데 2일에 주차료 3000엔 받아요. 감안하고 예약하세용

非常棒的酒店，设施很新，服务很好，每间房都配套提供非常新的洗衣、烘干一体机，最最重要的一点是地理位置实在太优越了，出门右拐50米就是狸小路街区，并且酒店出门附近就有便利店三大巨头，7-11、罗森、全家一应俱全。下次去还要预订这里。
