I checked out of another hotel and wanted to drop off my luggage first. I arrived before 2:00 and they were done cleaning so I was able to check in before 2:00. I heard it is difficult to check in when the hotel is fully booked, but the staff was wonderful. The staff was very helpful.

Great location in the heart of Susukino with easy access to all the sightseeing locations in Sapporo. We stayed here during the Snow Festival in February & were able to walk through the Susukino Ice World each night viewing the newly made ice sculptures.

良い点 スパサフロの出入り何度も出来る券が安く発売されている。 昔泊まった時より部屋が数段綺麗でした。 悪い点 夕方外に出ようとしたら、外国人が床に座っていて退かなくてイラッとした。 夜大声で喋っている人がいてうるさかった。
