“静かでゆっくりくつろげる宿”
会社の同期３人で久しぶりの温泉旅行に利用しました。良い点館内は静かで広く清掃も行き届いており大変満足。部屋の露天風呂は雪景色も相まって最高。冷蔵庫内の飲み物も自由で酒が進みました。所々古さを感じますがきちんと清掃はされています。夕食のお箸には感動しました。物価高ですが続けて欲しいです。改善点寝具がシングルサイズで小さい。身長１８０超えセミダブルまで上げてみてはどうか？仲居さんの接客もいまいち。せめて食材の産地等は答えて欲しい。フロントの接客は好印象。少しの努力と教育で改善できるはず。第一寶亭留の風呂利用したが流石に外国人が多くマナーも分かっていないのかカオスな状態。利用するなら本宿一択。総じて非常に良い旅館。改善点が良くなればベスト１になれる実力を感じた。ご参考までに今まで接客が凄いと感心した宿を挙げて締めさせて頂きます。どうぞご参考に宿名　修善寺温泉湯回廊菊屋

“とても満足です”
今回彼女の誕生日祝いとプロポーズを兼ねて利用させて頂きました。館内、設備、サービス、料理全てが最高でした。バースデーサプライズのプレートと写真もありがとうございます。１泊で全てを堪能するのが難しい程のとても贅沢な内容でしたので、次回は２泊以上で行かせていただきます。忘れられないいい思い出になりました。

“まったりとのんびり”
大きなホテルと違い、のんびり感が最高です。景観はイマイチですが、飲み物は補充ありの飲み放題で満足。大浴場には、風呂上がりの冷たいラムネが有り美味しくいただきました。一つだけ、お部屋のお風呂の洗い場排水が、なかなか流れないのは参りました。
