The interior has been renovated to provide a calm and relaxing environment. As for the service provided by the staff, they treat you with an appropriate sense of distance, which is ideal for those who want to spend a quiet time. The hotel is suitable for those who want to spend a little longer time in the hotel, such as beer service after the bath (with set hours) and honey buffet, so we recommend that you check in early and check out late when you stay.

This is my second visit since the renovation. Before, I was mainly interested in the hot springs and did not have high expectations for dinner, but after the renewal, I was overwhelmed by the creative cuisine for dinner. I also felt the chef's loving hospitality towards his guests. The young people who served us during the meal were also wonderful. I am sorry for the inconvenience and worry I caused you, but I recovered in about 30 minutes, and thank you for your quick and kind help! The private hot spring was great, thank you again.

Perfect breakfast and dinner. Fresh and good taste. Staff service is perfect with smile. The free welcome buffet snacks and drink are so good. Also serve free beer. Amazing. This is the third consecutive year that I stayed at this hotel

Some staff at the front desk were not friendly but staff at other department provided very good services. They staff at the front desk helped us picked up luggage when we arrived but ignored us when we left hotel. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Japan

Cheating!!!. I've booked 2 nights stay on a king crab grill plan @¥58,000/night. Unfortunately, I got it only on the first night but on 2nd night there was no king crab grill. A man at reception said they change the menu to a simmerred dish which I am sure

Public baths has very strong chlorine smell, great service, food and room. Only problem is if you want to comeback late after 12 midnight, a call back is definitely needed so that someone can open the door for you.

夕食の食事処は暖房の故障か？極寒の中での食事で料理を味わうどころではなかったが何の説明も無く周りのお客も怒っていた。お正月だからか、コース料理の提供も１品ずつが遅すぎて不満ばかりが募った。 チェックアウト時の精算もフロントスタッフは宿泊のお礼を述べるでもなく領収書や明細書も出さないのでこちらが要求したら不貞腐れてプリントアウトしてくれた。 高い宿泊料支払って章月グランドホテルに宿泊したのは高級感やおもてなしに期待したからだ。 大浴場のシャンプーコンデシヨナーボディソープは殆どがからに近い状態で翌朝も補充無し。清潔感も無かった。

早めのチェックインにも快く対応してくださったり、食事会場では料理長さん自らご挨拶に来てくださったり、ホテルの方が皆さん「おもてなし」の心にあふれた接客をしているなあと感じました。とても気持ちよく過ごさせていただきました。 朝食に一テーブルずつ暖かい「うまき」を配膳してくださったり、朝から三段重のご馳走はテンションが上がりました。「私の還暦祝いで利用します」と伝えていたのでちゃんちゃんこに記念写真撮影をありがとうございました。今回大浴場と同じフロアのお部屋だったのでお風呂も満喫できました。改修工事が終了したら是非又行きたいです。

チェックインの時からおもてなしメニューの多い事に感激し宿泊客が飽きない仕掛けがすごかったです。スタッフが何事にも笑顔で接触し対応良かったです。夕食・朝食もボリューム満点で美味しいかったです。料理長のサプライズ料理も感激しました。部屋に行き来する廊下が少し寒かったかな。後は申し分ないです。次回機会がありましたら是非また泊まりたいと思います。

娘が北海道在中のため、四季折々北海道旅行しています。北海道旅行では色々な所に宿泊していますが、今回初めて章月に宿泊しました。まずはスタッフ皆さんが元気で笑顔の挨拶、お出迎えから帰りまで細やかな気遣いがあり、サービス満点です。食事はこれでもかと言う位の夕食と朝食のフルコースに驚きました。美味しいのでもりもり食べてしまい、これからダイエットしないと・・・。温泉も色々あり、とてもアメニティも充実していました。自分は髪質がパサつきやすいので、自前の物が要なのですが、章月では自前を使わずに済みました。特にシャンプーとコンディショナーが気に入りました。また、北海道旅行の際は利用したいです。

お布団（敷布団）が今まで宿泊した宿より薄い、もっと厚みのあるお布団で眠りたかった。 いつも食事の時のスタッフさんが笑顔で感じがとても良く気持ちが良いです、ありがとうです。

チェックインから始まるおもてなしのメニューがてんこ盛りで、宿泊客が飽きない仕掛けがすごかったです。温泉に入ってだらけるだけではなく、ラウンジでくつろいで過ごすことができました。宿泊客のほとんどが利用していたとは思うのですが、ゆったりとした造りのラウンジだったので混雑ぶりは感じませんでした。温泉は熱すぎずぬるすぎずで長湯できました。泉質もサラサラしていて心地よかったです。フロアが温泉があるところと同じだったので、すぐに行けて便利でした。夕食、朝食もボリューム満点でおいしかったです。しいて難点を言えば、セントラルヒーティングが強すぎて部屋の暖房を切っても暑かったことです。冬場の北海道は暑すぎるくらいの暖房が当たり前なので、仕方ないとは思うのですが。

“A relaxing ryokan for adults.”
We stayed in a twin room this time and the layout was disappointing as we could not watch TV from the sofa. The room was located in a corridor with a single door, so I was bothered by the noise of people in the corridor. This was disappointing because the last time we stayed in a Japanese/Western style room, the noise from the passageway did not bother us at all. Meals are satisfactory for both breakfast and dinner. It would have been better if they had bread in the buffet corner at breakfast.
