Upon arrival, we were greeted by the staff and each couple had a person assigned to them to check in. We loved this personal service (English speaking staff would be helpful). The room was excellent! We got the Japanese/Western room with private onsen.

My husband and I had an amazing experience here. We had a room with a private onsen, which was great since we both have large tattoos and it meant we could spend the time relaxing together instead of in separate bathing areas. The room and onsen looked out

“Time to relax”
It had been a long time since I had been away from home and it was also my mother's birthday. I always travel with a packed schedule, so I did not have such high expectations for the hotel, but I found it to be a quiet place with no hustle and bustle, and the check-out time was late so I could spend a relaxing time. The hotel contacted me in advance and was very attentive. The only thing was that we could only have dinner late in the evening, but it was regrettable that there were not enough hands to prepare it. However, all the employees were courteous and helpful, and I would like to use the hotel again next time.
