      “The staff is excellent!”

      　Everything is of a high level, but the staff is especially nice and I thought it was the result of their education. 　Also, for those of us who have a fetish for smells, the aroma in the ground floor lobby was wonderful and calming!

      “Front desk and other services are not good.”

      I knew that there was a charge for the use of the bathrooms because I had checked in advance, but there was no announcement at the front desk. When I asked for confirmation, they rushed to tell me that the outdoor baths were not available because there had been an outbreak of Legionella bacteria in the men's bath. ・・・・ What a terrible response! (Other hotels have such information as a matter of course.) There is no detailed information about the parking lot on the website, and when I went there, I found out that there is a contracted parking lot underground and in front of the building as well as in the back of the hotel.

      “High average score!”

      It's a high-grade hotel to begin with, so my expectations would be high and my evaluation would be dry, but "it was good!" Breakfast was also satisfactory, but the aisle space to get food was a little small. The unlimited ride on the city train in the appendix is limited to one day only, which may not be worth using.

      Great breakfast hotel provides a great start for the day. Has airport limousine bus service stop to from airport. Also provide free shuttle service to fro Sapporo station. Mediocre spa indoor outdoor. Location ok with Lawson convenient store right oppposit
