Excellent”

Receptionist are super friendly and basically provides the best services they could. Room is clean and neat despite being on the small side. Comfy sleep is all you need during a vacation. I would definitely come back to this hotel again if I were to visit

Exceptional”

What a find! Great service. Easy access to snow festival. Great area. Room was clean, bathroom was fully equipped, easy access to restaurants, shopping, subway line, and of course odori park. Staff was friendly and accommodating. They are not English speak

コロナ禍の宿泊”

　近年の新しいビジネスホテルでは　密閉性がありコロナ禍では換気が不安でした。このホテルは築年数がありますが　バブル時代の建物で風呂も広く気に入りました。

荷物”

チェックアウト後に荷物預かってもらったんですが、番号札を貰わずにあずかり、荷物取りに行ったら、番号札返してくださいと言われた。貰ってないですと言ったら、あーじゃいいです。って冷たく言われました。掃除の方は、朝エレベーターで一緒になった時に元気なご挨拶で良かったです。
