We used a Japanese-style room without a bath, but the large public bath was almost exclusively reserved and the outdoor bath in winter was nice. The snow view from the room was beautiful. The food was naturally delicious, but the after-dinner drinks, snacks, and evening meals in the lounge were also very good and allowed us to spend a relaxing time. It became my favorite inn in Jozankei. Although the next day was scheduled to stay in the same group, it was considered and customer service was also wonderful. It is a revisit decision.

こじんまりとした高級旅館。静かで落ち着ける。到着時のウェルカムドリンクやラウンジでのティータイムなども良いサービスであり、館内で落ち着いた時間を過ごすのにとても良い旅館でおすすめできます。

食事に特化していると聞いて、食事を楽しみに伺いました。翠山亭グループは富良野に続いて二度目の利用。富良野同様にラウンジでお菓子と飲み物のサービスがありました。満室で、お菓子はほぼ無く残念。富良野では無くなってもすぐ補充されたのに‥。でもバスで翠山亭本館と森の湯、倶楽部、翠蝶館の全てを巡ってお湯を楽しみました。忙しい中でもどのお宿に行っても丁寧に大浴場まで案内して頂けました。素晴らしい。お腹空いた頃合いに待望の夕食。１８：００と１９：３０の二部制で、私達が席に着いた時には満席でしたがペースに合わせて食事が提供されていました。朝も夜も器と料理が素晴らしい。円山の三ッ星フレンチのように後からソースや料理を足すパフォーマンスも楽しめ、美味しかった。ただ一点大浴場にバスタオルが無くて部屋から持って行くのはどうかと。布団のマットレスの硬さも丁度よくて素晴らしい。また伺います。

“The whole family was satisfied with the accommodation.”
This is the third time I have used this hotel. I used to use a different hotel when a family member with allergies accompanied me, but I booked this one because I thought "the others can eat the food they don't like" and "the lounge is well equipped so I won't go hungry". To our surprise, they were able to accommodate our allergies. Thank you very much. This is my favorite hotel in Jozankei.
