We were changed to a larger room as a service. We are lucky. The room was renovated, modern and calm. The bathroom is old, but it has a very nice atmosphere. The breakfast is famous here, so next time I would like to stay for breakfast.

I was very satisfied with the special rate and was given a room on a higher floor. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a large variety of items. The hotel is conveniently located near the station and I highly recommend it.

I selected Premier Large Twin, the room is well maintained and clean. The Wi-Fi coverage to my room 1830 is weak. The location is 7 mins walk to JR station. Every taxi driver knows well of Keio Plaza Hotel, very convenience to return hotel after dinner in

I booked this hotel specifically for her gym and swimming. The gym was only free from 5-9am and then it costs to enter the gym at other time. And the pool is open 10am-6pm; the time when we were out sight seeing. Also it costs >1000yens to enter the pool.

“Failure to take over.”
The day before my husband stayed for work, I told him that I would come and stay with him the next day and showed him the printout of the reservation details from "Rurubu", but it took a long time to arrange the road coupon because the transfer was not completed. That was perfectly fine, but when I went to the breakfast room the next day, I was told that my meal was not included. They let me through, but it was a very unpleasant experience. I left my itinerary as evidence when I checked out. （I booked a room with breakfast included. I booked the breakfast plan.) I felt that printing the itinerary was necessary for the reservation. Disappointed because it was my favorite hotel...
