The best location in Sapporo, staff are courteous, especially the Concierge and Bellgirl. Small but strong and friendly.

Right at the Sapporo station, location is unbeatable. Breakfast is the highlight of our trip. We stayed at the 34th floor facing the east side, view was great but we could hear the trains at night which was a little disturbing. This is our second time here

“I felt at home.”
The attendant who guided me to the elevator immediately noticed that I was holding a cake and provided me with a paper plate and fork. Thanks to her, I was able to eat it deliciously. Thank you very much!
