I booked a hotel room for our six-month anniversary and was very satisfied with the hotel and the low price because I booked through Rurubu Travel!

We have used this hotel many times because our children enjoy it, but this time we had a [life-threatening] situation, so we will use a different hotel in the future. I had asked for an allergy list in advance, but it was printed in a hurry at check-in due to a seeming miscommunication. The list was very difficult to read, so I may have been mistaken, but the items to be checked were different between the printed list and the actual list at the restaurant, even for foods with the same name. We were careful enough to rely on the restaurant's chart, but one of the items had a flavor that was not listed on the check-in list, and we immediately developed allergic symptoms. I checked with the person in charge of cooking, but he insisted that it was not included... I took it right out of my mouth and was able to deal with it with medicine, so it was not serious, but if I had swallowed it ...... I could have eaten it at ease at another pool hotel. The rooftop outdoor pool was also very unpleasant, even though I went there first thing in the morning, the drain in the washing area was clogged and overflowing. Was this due to a change in management?

I would never go there if I didn't have children. We visited on a weekday during summer vacation and it was very crowded. I knew it was crowded, but there was a line at the entrance for both dinner and breakfast, a line to get food, and crowds of people at the convention center... I think it is normal to stagger entrance times, but they did not. I have been to many hotels with corona disasters and have seen various efforts, but the infection control measures here are the worst. The lobby has been remodeled, but the rest of the rooms are the same as before. The whole building is old, and the baths are so big that I hesitate to put my bare feet in them... If you are going to Jozankei, I recommend you to stay at another inn. It's a shame because the staff is very nice.

When I stayed last month, there were no tea bags or tea sweets at all, but this time there were? And the open-air bath was partially closed... I miss the Jozankei View Hotel of the Karakami Kanko era very much.

“Good.”
The first room we booked was very cold because the air conditioning was broken. I called the front desk and they came to take care of it right away and finally changed us to an upgraded room. It was too big for 4 people but the kids were very happy. Dinner was difficult because there was often quite a line. The taste was good. I didn't eat breakfast because I wasn't feeling well, but I said it was good. I think it was hygienically clean. One of the two baths is large and easy to get into, but the one on the 16th floor has a small washing area. The bathroom on the 16th floor was not enough space to wash up, so we had to wait. I was disappointed only in that. The swimming pool was also enjoyable, although there were many people. But overall, I think it was very good. P.S. I lost my necklace in the bigger bathroom, which was a shock...
