I would stay there again!”
The open-air bath with a guest room view was nice! The hot pot for dinner was a milk hot pot, and I asked them to lower it because I thought it would be inedible for two people who do not like milk, but they changed it to a different hot pot on short notice. However, we were disappointed that the pillows in the bedding did not fit, but it was our problem, so I don't think there was any problem. This is one place we would like to stay again. We were satisfied! Thank you very much.

I decided to give up on Kitchen Suizan because of food allergies in my family and decided to stay at Suizan-tei. Thank you for accommodating my allergy. This time we had dinner at Yuso 7-seater. Everything was delicious. The beer server in the room was great and the glasses were kept cold in the refrigerator. The evening meal was nice, but I think beer snacks would have been better. The lounge is not so good. My family likes the reservation service at Sakanoue no midsummer.

Great service at the front door. No non-smoking room available; room smelled heavily of stale cigarettes. Private onsen in room was beautiful; great view of snowy mountain. Room was very accommodating and spacious. Well supplied with all amenities. Pub
