I had some business in Kadaru, so I decided to stay at a hotel nearby. Parking was cheap, so it was a good choice. The standard room rate was good value for a large room. Breakfast was a set menu, so I did not have high expectations, but it was okay. The Japanese style breakfast had a lot of side dishes and it was too much to eat. It was also nice that I could move around without walking outside because I used Chikaho.

It was a fine hotel that also served as a wedding hall. We did not have a meal, but the view from our room was of the provincial government building in front of us. It is now under renovation and scaffolding is being put up. ...... It is very conveniently located between Sapporo Station and Odori Station.

When I checked in at the front desk, I was not asked for proof of vaccination and was given a smiley coupon worth ³,000. We thought we had made a reservation through the National Support Discount website, but the confirmation email only stated that it was a coupon, and it was completely unclear what the coupon was for. There was no explanation at the front desk. If it was a National Support Discount, it should have been a coupon for ¥3,000, right? Was it a mistake on the website or at the front desk? Either way, a clear explanation should be given.

I didn't expect much since it was cheap, but the rooms were clean, there was a bottle of water for each person, there was space to spread out suitcases, and there was a table. I would like to go back to this hotel.
