      “Checked baggage at check-out until 12:00 p.m.”

      It seems that the baggage deposit after check-out has changed from July to 12:00 p.m., but no notice was given to the person who made the reservation. I didn't read anything about that when I made the reservation. I was disappointed that I chose this hotel near the station because I thought it would be convenient to pick up my luggage. The room was a typical single room, but the refrigerator did not work unless the switch on the outside of the cabinet was turned on. I didn't notice it at all because it was hidden by a curtain. I wish they had informed me when I checked in. Other inconveniences were that there were no electrical outlets around the bed, so I couldn't look at my phone while charging. The bedding cover also smelled sweaty. It was good because I don't sleep under it due to the season, but I felt it both days, so I guess it was the way it was washed. The only good thing was the breakfast; I used it two days and most of the side dishes were different. There were a lot of vegetables and a variety of Japanese and Western dishes that were very tasty. The staff was very efficient and the breakfast was very pleasant.

      “Convenient hotel near station”

      I did not check the location of the hotel when I made the reservation, but I arrived early on the day of my stay and although it was still early for check-in, I called the hotel to check the location of the hotel to leave my luggage only. We were very satisfied with the large bathroom where we could take a nice bath. The spacious bath was a welcome relief from the fatigue of the trip. Breakfast was also delicious. I would like to stay at this hotel again next time.

      “I am very satisfied!”

      I had stayed at Hotel Route-Inn in other areas of Japan, so I made a reservation in Sapporo as well, and it was still very good. With other business hotels, I get a lot of complaints, but I thought, "Route Inn-san is as good as it gets. If I have to stay in another district again, I will look for Route Inn! One petty complaint is that the air conditioning was centrally controlled throughout the entire hotel, so even though it was hot in May on our first day, we wanted to turn on the air conditioning, but we could only use the heating. This is my only petit complaint. The other thing that made me very happy was that they had a system to keep our luggage after check-out! We did some sightseeing after check-out as well!
