“Just one point.”
The air conditioning switch in the room had a poor contact and did not come on easily, but when I called the front desk, they replied that they thought it would come on now, but there was no confirmation or anything. It came on at that time, but I turned it off and went to bed, and the next morning it didn't come on again. In the first place, did they say that they had turned off the switch on a hot day? Was there no trouble during the summer, and was it never checked? I can't help but wonder.

During my stay, I asked if there was any way to solve the problem of subtitles being displayed on the TV in the room while viewing terrestrial TV, and a female staff member came to my room and took care of the problem.

“Quiet location”
It is a quiet environment near Susukino and Raccoon Alley. We stayed here for consecutive nights, so we were able to park our car during the day, which was very helpful. The price is also very reasonable.

“立地の良さと快適な部屋（特に水回り）”
よく利用しているという友人の勧めで初めて利用しました。地下鉄の駅からも近く、コンビニも近くにあります。シングルの部屋でしたがとてもきれいですっきりとしており、気持ちよく過ごせました。寝具も硬すぎず柔らかすぎないマットレスに２種類の枕があり、硬めが好きな私にぴったりでした。そして何よりも、水回りがとても使いやすかったです。トイレは室内と同じ高さで出入りしやすく、トイレとドアで隔てられているバスはなんと洗い場付き。感激でした。もちろん清潔でにおいもせず、気持ちよく使えました。次に機会があれば、また利用したいと思えるホテルです。

“大変満足できるホテル”
すすきの駅からは１０分弱と最初少し遠く感じました。（が、２日目からは慣れた道になったので苦痛にはならない距離）とにかく綺麗！トイレとバスもセパレートでとても嬉しかったです！あと何よりシャンプーバー！！これテンションあがりました。２泊夜風呂だけじゃ物足りずシャンプーバーでシャンプー試したく無駄に朝風呂にも入りました笑宿泊費も高騰してる中安く泊まれてサービス設備がいいホテルはここ数年でダントツでした。また利用したいホテルです。

リノベーションしたばかりということもあり、お部屋はとても綺麗です個人的に枕とベッドマッドが少し合わなくて、慣れるのに時間かかりましたが、全体的にコスパがいいホテルでした
