I was looking forward to having a Hokkaido-style fried egg prepared by the chef in the breakfast room, but I was disappointed that there was no chef in the room and I had to order it from the staff. I felt that the variety and deliciousness of the breakfast that I first felt 20 years ago was a little bit gone.

There was a service where the cook prepared a Hokkaido type fried egg, but the cook was not there to ask if you would like to use it. The number of items in the buffet was also reduced. He said next time he would go to another hotel.

the lack of non-Japanese e.g. English TV programs can be upsetting hence the 3 stars for service....the breakfast can do with choices and changes.

“Good hotel!”
The Mystays series is my favorite hotel. It is located less than 5 minutes walk from the north exit of Sapporo station, and is in a very nice place with many convenience stores and restaurants around. I think the building itself is old, but it was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, which I don't like if it is small. This time, I wanted to relax and took advantage of the plan that allowed me to stay for up to 39 hours. This was amazing! It was so relaxing that I felt as if I had stayed two nights. The food was very good and the front desk staff was very helpful. The food was very good and the female staff at the front desk had a very nice smile. I have stayed many times in many places, but it is rare to find someone with such a natural smile. I personally was concerned about the following points: ・Whether the window opens or not → it does. I was very satisfied with the room.
