The facilities are old Monterey Edelhof, but it was inexpensive, so I decided to stay there. I checked in and was charged 2,500 yen in addition to the hotel charge. 5,000 yen for two people, and when I asked about it, I was told that the plan did not include a spa. I was told that the plan did not include a spa. The application page did not say anywhere that it did not include a spa, so I think it was a malicious bait advertisement. I think they should write "no spa" in the most conspicuous place, instead of trying to attract customers in a dirty way that would make them misunderstand! I found this hotel very unpleasant and untrustworthy. I hope everyone will not be fooled by this hotel.

This hotel is located near Sapporo Station, which makes it convenient. It is a very nice, clean hotel. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for 3 nights, in this uniquely designed classic hotel, a corner room, nice view and helpful staff, its close to odori park and the JR station, convenient for sightseeing and getting around. A very comfortable stay.
