Located on the Namboku Subway Line, on the side of Nakajima Koen Station, it is easy to use even for those without a car. There are also many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so it is very convenient. The front desk staff was very flexible and responded to our requests with a smile. I would like to use this hotel again and again.

As the title says, this hotel does not have staff at the front desk until 3:00 p.m., so you can't leave your luggage at the front desk. I was very disappointed because there was no one at the front desk when I arrived without knowing this. I have been to many other hotels in Sapporo and have been able to leave my luggage at both large and small facilities. This is a chain, but there was no such service. I was very disappointed. I wish they had informed me in advance when I made the reservation.

I love to travel and have used Ribmax all over the country, but maybe it was just a coincidence, but I was impressed with the spacious and clean rooms. I was impressed with the spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms. I asked him if he had trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi, and he replied, "Sir, you have to put in the password to connect to the Wi-Fi. I was so frustrated because I was seen as such an ignorant person, but this time the front desk clerk was very kind. Thank you very much.

Note that no one is expected to be at the front desk after 23:00, even late at night, as no one is expected to be there if you go before 15:00 due to the fact that they no longer put someone outside of check-in hours because of Corona.

I made a reservation for an urgent matter. The location is very good, with convenience stores nearby and a short walk to the subway (Nakajima Koen). Of course, Susukino is also nearby.
